Security alert, should I be worried

I've never seen this before and it looks kind of sketchy, should I be concerned? I took a picture of the notification if anyone would like to see it

likely means the site certificate cant be verified or is out of date... if its a regular site you visit email the admin. if its just a random site then dont bother with it and move on.

Thing is, it didn't crop up while I was browsing the web. I was playing a game and in a skype call. The certificate was for a verizon router I believe

The Witcher 3, and I've seen that. It's the same message but I don't think mine could have come from internet explorer as I never use it. I"ve been monitoring processes in the task manager and everything looks normal and familiar. I also ran several scans with both avast and malware bytes and haven't been able to find anything.
