I'm wanting to buy a 85" tv as well as a 16 channel security camera system for my home. I seen a video of a 32" Lorex tv that you could be watching tv on and if one of the cameras motion detection goes off it would automatically switch to full screen for the camera that went off for 15 seconds so you can see the intruder and then it goes back to your tv program.

Is this feature standard on all security camera systems or is it just built into Lorex 32" tv L32TV11B?

Looking at the manual for that TV, I don't see any special configuration that is camera aware. I don't see anything about "interrupt" or "priority" in the manual.
I watched the video on the page you linked. What the guy said is "Watching TV on channel 1" So that means they have a TV Tuner video feed going into the DVR as a "camera". Then then DVR has motion detection and switches its output to the other channel. NOTHING to do with the monitor. Not even using the TV tuner in the monitor.
