Security Center Service not working

[C VISTA]

When I try to start security center it says windows could not start the security center service on local computer.

Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.

When I try to start Windows Management Instrumentation it says Windows could not start the Windows Management Instrumentation service on local computer.

Error 126: The specified module could not be found.

PLEASE HELP!!

As you've probably guessed, it's the WMI Error 126 that's causing the first error 1068
The Security Centre service depends upon the WMI service functioning properly.

Download and run The WMI Diagnosis Utility and see what it comes up with:
