Security key for laptops

Hello,
hi i have a new fidjitsu laptop and every time i try to connect it asks for a security key. i have tried creating one but it still does not work , please help

The key it's asking for is the security code to allow you access to a wireless network and if it's your network, you can find details of how to find it in the Sticky Post at the top of the Wireless Networking Forum main board. Post back in there if you don't find enough details.

If you don't have a wireless network of your own but your laptop can "see" some public ones, ask for the key. Some may charge you - others do not.
