Hello,
First off, just want to apologize if I am posting to the wrong section of the forums, I didn't see a section dedicated to 'Cooling' on the drop down menu.
Just wanted to reach out for some advice on setting up liquid cooling in my gaming PC, this will be my first time installing a liquid cooling system so I just wanted to get some advice with regards to which liquid cooling system a person with prior experience would recommend for my set up. I am willing to spend around $150 on a liquid cooling set up and the functionality is the ultimate factor but I would not complain if the set up had some cool blue LED's , not the biggest factor but definitely would be awesome. Without further ado, here is my current Gaming PC.
My case: Cooler Master Storm Stryker Full Tower

My Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth Z97 Mark S

My GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 970

My RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16 GB ~ 2 x 8GB

My SSD's: 256 GB Samsung 850 Pro x 2

Any and all help is welcomed and I will appreciate all the help I can get, don't really want to do this incorrectly and cause unnecessary damage to my PC.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, I look forward to getting some help. :)

Solution
A good basic custom liquid cooling system will cost you at least $200 - https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-kit-s240 without GPU block. Performance setups would cost upwards of $400 with GPU block.

If you are looking for functionality get a good air cooler for CPU like Noctua NH-D14 or Cryorig H5 universal and better case fans.

You can go the route of AIO coolers like corsair H110i, but you would not get better performance than aforementioned air coolers. Budget AIOs actually perform worse than these high end air coolers.

Solution
Priority order of expandable Stryker loop

■240 mm expandable AIO + two good review static pressure fan, my picks are Swiftech H220 and EK XLC Predator 240, you might get ~10C cooler with push-pull configuration.
I never hands on swiftech but I own Predator 360, both 240 and 360 has identical CPU waterblock, and they fits my 6700T+Gigabyte Z170 Ultra Gaming.
Another option is XSPC Raystrom 420 (120mm rad + Ion pump), this will perform moderate judging by pump and radiator, however later you can upgrade to D5 or DDC 3.2 pump and add another radiator.
    ■ D5 or DDC 3.2 pump, the easiest term to describe is " more liquid flowed will dissipate heat better"
    ■ Radiator, "more pressured air times wider radiator surface = cooling capacitiy
    ■ More fans for rad + suitable fittings + suitable tubing.
