Selecting Best possible RAM for PC

what would be the best ram kit for my pc?my budget is around 80$..(core i5 4670k CPU on MSi z87 G45 mobo). And i hope to overclock the CPU in future ..currenty I have a hyperX Blu 4gb Ram installed...

DDR3 is a combination of CL and data rate - high performance DRAM is normally considered (going up)


1600/7 1866/8 213/9 2400/10 2666/11 (a better (lower) CL at those particular data rates is even better
