I am in the market for a new graphics card, I currently have a GTX 550 ti. I play games and do a lot of virtual pc's and things like that. Also looking to stream next year nothing major but as a hobby. I currently have a 24" monitor @1080p and someday will have another. I have always been parshal to Nvidea.

My budget: $100.00 to $200.00
Looking for Nvidea pref..
Games currently played: World of Warcraft, Hearthstone, Starcraft 2, Diablo III, I stream a lot of twitch.tv as well.

The reason I suggest the 760 is because the only two nvidia cards in your price range that I believe will improve performance noticeably are the 750 ti and 760. You say you are getting another monitor and of the two GPUs, the 760 is the one that supports 2 monitors.

As for noise, here is a comparison of a few brands.

The MSI card is apparently the quietest and is $205 after mail in rebate

How are the 750ti? And is there a ATI card that would be better I mean idk how the drivers are now a days last ATI card I had was 5 years ago, and drivers where horrid for games...

The 750 ti is a good card, especially if you have a low power or bad quality power supply. It actually can support multiple monitors but you will need a different cable for each monitor because there is 1 dvi, 1 hdmi, and 1 display port. From what i read AMD and Nvidia drivers are about equally reliable (unfortunately i have never had experience with AMD gpus). But AMD gpus do run louder and hotter, if noise and heat are a concern. The radeon r9 280 is in your budget and will give much better performance than the 750 ti.
