Question Self-built PC Problems

Hey all, I built my first PC for myself in January and while it certainly serves its main functions as a computer, I've ran into nothing but problems when it comes to games. While I am able to get over 1000 FPS on some simpler games such as TF2 (yes, I know, I limit the frames that I'm not using) and all of my performance tests yield great results, other games such as Red Dead Redemption 2 can only load a maximum of 14 FPS on super low quality visuals and some games like Overwatch 2 only run a black screen that can only be escaped by restarting the computer. On top of all this, I get a EA Bad Image error every time I boot up the PC. And yes, I am always on top of downloading the latest drivers. Is there any knowledge out there that could help me fix all these issues? A link to my specs is below, thank you for taking the time to read.

What's your temps like in heavier games?

Incase you're having similar stability issues with 13th gen, thread isn't long, be sure to checkout the links, see;
