Selling laptop at highest possible cost

Hi, I need to sell my Samsung NP300E5X-S01IN which is 5 years old

• 
  - I have changed my HDD to 1TB WD,
  - My current battery life is around 128 minutes,
  - A cool vinyl at back of laptop

There are certain issues:

• 
  - Non-functional audio jack (dunno why)
  - Shady charging (sometimes laptop blacks out when I remove the charging, maybe loose battery)
  - A single line of dead pixels in the exact middle of the screen.
  - Non-functional touchpad buttons

Can I increase the value of the laptop, so that I can sell it at atleast 16,000? I bought this in 36,000 INR.

No. Even if it was in mint condition, and everything worked perfectly, no 5 year old laptop is worth almost half of the original purchase price.
