I want to sell my 5 year old gaming PC but I have no idea how much I could sell it for

Specs:
CPU: Intel i7-7700
GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200
MOB: Intel B150
HDD: 2TB
SSD: 500GB
CASE: DeepCool TESSERACT SW (Damaged)

A seller offered me 200-250 AUD for it, is that the best price I could sell it for?

Looking on ebay.au some selling case with similar specs/ capacity for around 250 without a graphics card. 1060 going for $120~$150. $400 is fair without Windows, maybe $500 but that depends if it includes Windows 10 and severity of damage on the case.

I would be inclined to take the offer.
None of the parts are particularly strong variants.
Look on ebay for the parts in used condition and filter on completed auctions.
In green, you will see what they actually fetched.
Consider what your time is worth and the reality that some parts will remain unsold.
Deduct omissions and shipping costs.
What is your time worth?

look up each piece's value as used merchandise on Amazon, etc.

add them all together,
add ~$50 for your time/effort,
if shipping is included add ~75% of that.

if the case has very noticeable aesthetic damage remove it's value from the figure.

in reality i might give you ~$50US for this setup.
but i'd say it's more like a donation project than really worth any money.

take the $250AUD.
