You should probably go with SeaSonic. EVGA does make good PSUs, but their area of expertise really is in graphics cards. SeaSonic is a little more expensive, but you know that you're getting a quality PSU.

what am i missing that they are so expensive? 750w for $120 is crazy expensive. so what am i missing? are they the tiny mini models or something? i guess it may be the gold rating but for the money it is not worth the rating from what i have seen.

Math Geek, it's fully modular as well. If you need one that is cheaper, try getting one that is semi modular or not modular at all

looking some more, i think it is the gold rating that has it so high as well as the modular. i would not do it myself but hey it's not my pc
