Semi-Newly built system has problems already

Hi, I am wondering why my 1 year old PC already has issue with it. It seems to lag if I leave the computer on the whole day, The sound distorts and massive computer frame drops. I ran the Seagate hard drive test and also Chkdsk/r. The only way to fix it temporarily is to restart my PC and it comes back 3 hours later. My first thought is the amount of programs you have running in the background. I'd run an MSCONFIG or look at the Startup tab on your task manager and uncheck ALL programs that aren't absolutely necessary for your computer to run. For example, itunes automatically starts up, but you don't need it unless you are actively using it, so kill it.

Essentially, it sounds like the Pc resources are being taken, and not let go so eventually it bogs down. How much Ram do you have installed as well?

Ok, it shouldn't be a resources issue then, unless you are running seti@home or something like that. 40% Cpu usage on a youtube video? WTH? You've got something in the background killing your resources for sure(just watched the video).

:edit: N/m, max cpu usage at max turbo speed, and only drops down to 70%. I just looked at mine while running a video too, and I was at 8%, spiking to 13% with a slower Cpu and same amount of ram.

I am running CS:GO in the background and other applications like steam. Even if those were running this should not happen because it isn't even using all the resources.

What kind of antivirus/malware protection are you running?

Which OS? This sounds like the resource-hog result of an upgrade to Windows 10 (from W7 or 8.1) without a 'clean' install.
