Sennheiser VS Razer Tiamat 2.2

Hey everyone I am currently debating between buying the Sennheiser U320 or the Razer Tiamat 2.2 for PC gaming. I will be playing BF4 and other FPS games. So in your opinion which one would have better sound and mic quality?

Note: I don't have a sound card yet but will purchase one in the near future. I'm using the integrated sound on the Asus Maximus VI Formula.

Sennheiser headsets are leaps and bounds better than the razer headsets usually. At first I thought you were looking at the razer kracken headset, which are known to be junk.
