As you have not described what your problem is in any way, it's impossible for us to have any insight as to the cause of the problem. All you've given is a list of specs, so going from that only, my first inclination would be to suspect the PSU if there is a hardware-related issue; the "600W" Corsair is mostly likely an older CX one (again, you did not provide information), which is an extremely old and poor quality choice for a build such as this.

Psu. An old cx600 80+, powering a i9 9900k build. That's like wearing a $1500 tuxedo with $3 flip-flops.

Nice list of parts. Did you remember to get ram?

Does the blue screen give any info whatsoever?

It's a little confusing since you say it didn't work, yet crashed during a YouTube video...

Boot into windows, when it does, then goto Event Viewer. Look for any errors that are red flagged critical errors. What are they exactly.

All kind of stop code errors

Pc automatically restarted while watching youtube video...and then never started again

That usually indicates temperature or power supply. But blue screens generally don't. What is the RAM? And could you answer the other questions? Due to the unavailability of info from you, I recommend just waiting to see what the service center says, given that you have already given them your PC.

im using CORSAIR RMi Series, RM1000i, 1000 Watt ( i was planing custom water cooling so that explain 1000w)
I would suggest you be quiet 750w dark power pro 11 or EVGA 750w G2 or from corsair RM750i 750w

(750w is more then enough for your system also this 3 PSU are very good quality and stable so you wont fail buying one of them)
