Separate comms/voice from game audio

Hello community,

I am currently playing elite dangerous.
I have a Corsair gaming headset that connects wirelessly through a dongle plugged into a USB port.

When I "wing up" in-game the voice audio and game audio both either come through my headset or the monitor speakers.

I would like to separate them so that all voice chat happens through the headset and all other audio comes through monitor speakers.

If you have voice coming off the speakers while your mic is active, you will end up with an echo(an endless echo, if it's bad).
