I really need help.
I'm running - 16gb Ram, 2 x970s in SLI, an i54690, Rog mobo, 750 EVGA psu. 250gb Samsung evo ssd & 1TB Seagate 7200rpm drive.
When I'm playing games like the witcher 3, I'm getting nowhere near the performance I should be getting.
For example - I'm getting fps drops and stutters as low as 45 fps on the witcher 3 at max settings (1080p), I'm seeing people max this game out at 60fps constant at 1440p with a similar setup and I'm not even getting close!
any help appreciated.
Also, my psu kinda ticks under load so I don't know if that's it?
