I don't necessarily know how to address this problem without paraphrasing, and writing a lot of run on sentences.
But essentially this Dell model that I've had for a while started having this problem where any headphones I plug into any of the Audio Jacks will fail to deliver any sound to the headset. It seems to only deliver sound when it goes through a USB microphone that has a jack.
I have looked all over the internet for solutions for about a year now, and I haven't found a single thread that helps.

Okay, I take back what I said. Uninstalling it and reinstalling works for a little bit, but then it randomly goes back to a state of not working. I genuinely don't know what to do, because the problem persists past uninstallation. And it's not a hardware issue with the motherboard. The jacks work perfectly fine.
