Server error in '/' application, runtime error

I have a Dell Inspiron 560 and Windows 7; previously I had a Dell 5 years old and Windows XP. I am trying to access a website I have used previously with success but now am receiving error msg: Server Error in '/' Application, Runtime Error. I was able to access this website on my old system. Any ideas?

UPDATE: I have corrected this myself. I uninstalled the Java loaded onto my system and then installed the newest version of Java. I also checked and found 2 updates waiting to be installed on Windows 7; those were installed. I can now access the website I have been trying for 2 days. Thanks anyway!
