[SOLVED] Server Identification - Are these worth anything?

The company I work for has two servers that we have replaced - as far as I know they work perfectly but our new IT company has replaced them, but I don't know anything about computers. Can someone help me and tell me what they are/if it's worth selling them? They are just sitting here, but I don't know if they are too outdated to bother, or what.
