Server Motherboard. Need help

okay so im building a server and the mobo im choosing is Intel S5000PSL-http://www.intel.com/cd/channel/reseller/apac/eng/products/server/boards/dp/s5000psl/feature/index.htm i was gonna use the power supply i have but i dont know if itll work. here it is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438016

the motherboard i see has a 24pin a 8pin and 4pin
my psu has 20+4pin and 8pin
is there any way for me to make this work?

I used to know this when I first got my motherboard; I am pretty sure that if the psu says 20+4 then it will fit any connection between 20-24 pins on the motherboard, however i'm not 100% sure.

aparently the 5 pin connector is a big issue and can be found only on intel chasis/psu combo's
