Question Server problem with Netu.TV ?

I do not know if l choose the right thread forum so l am sorry if l choose wrong.

I want to know if anyone can help to open videos from netu tv server it doesn't open what ever I do l try vpn another device computer , mobile and mac and it sho me this message what should I do ?
