Question Server wont boot (Fans spin for a second and turn off) ?

Hi, I am having an issue with my server currently it was working fine and suddenly turned off. I was working on my unraid server attaching my GPU to a VM and suddenly it wouldn't respond. The only thing I have changed on the unraid server was to enable "pcie acs override" I am able to access the motherboards inbuilt KVM.

Note: I added the GPU today however has been working for 13+ hours

Sounds like a yucky gpu, eww. I’ve got no idea, maybe set motherboard settings back to normal and try a different non yucky gpu.
