setfsb not working in windows 10

I have setfsb_2.2.134.98 and it works great on windows 7 but in windows 10 it doesn't work even in win8......when i select my clock generator which is RTM876-665. Change my fsb and hit setfsb....my CPU frequency doesn't change....
WORKED IN WIN7

Spec: c2d e7400 @2.80ghz
4gb ddr2 ram
Zotac gtx 650 non ti 1gb

It happends when a program isn't supported in a new Operating System:

That program wasn't updated since two years ago, it's normal that isn't supported in w10.

Is there any way to make it work.... I tried win7 compatibility but it doesn't changes anything.

My CPU is crap so I need it to overclock to play games like GTA V, WWE 2K15, etc
