So I recently switched to dual monitors, one of them has a native of 1360x768 and is my main display, the other one is 1920x1080. When I try to set a wallpaper and set it to fit, after I launch a game in fullscreen the wallpaper will reset itself to the tile setting which is causing both an eyesore and a constant frustration. I asked Microsoft support chat for help and both times the help has been less than productive.
