I loaded my computer this morning and everything and I am unable to open start menu or the search bar. Other main uses like watching clips through file explorer won't work but i can watch them through my editing software. I tried to access setting through win-i and got nothing. I noticed that important files got moved to my external hard drive without me moving them. Every solution I have looked up told me to go through settings but I can't access it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Edit: I was able to use run and i could run powershell and restarted my computer. This fixed my issue. Not sure why this happened in the first place but it's fixed so i'm happy.
