Setup for 1080p gaming for next few years

Hey yall

I am needing some help on selecting components for my first build. I am looking to be able to have a system that is able to play games at 1080p over 60 fps for the next 4-5 years including new titles as they release but I have no idea which cpu or gpu I should be looking at using to stay on a budget. Please let me know at the very minimum $ which cpu and gpu could achieve this. Thanks for you help!!

Well you could go with a 1060 6gb and a i5 6600
