setup RAM in BIOS Asus P6T7 / 24gb DDR3 KINGSTON KHX1600C9D3K3

Hello,
after eight years of excellent work, the motherboard fell, I got a new one and made a transplant,
and just like years ago the only problem is that the board sees 16gb of RAM with 24gb, in the CPU-z it shows 24GB,
Also a problem related to setting Timings and current in the BIOS, but I do not remember and I can not find a post from 8 years ago ..
I turned on XMP Profil1, but nothing at all

KHX1600C9D3K3 part number does not seem to be valid.

These are valid kit part numbers.
KHX1600C9D3K3/12GX which is 12GB kit
KHX1600C9D3K3/6GX which is 6GB kit

Memory is guaranteed in the form sold. Use of multiple kits have no guarantee to be compatible together.

Since the memory has never been tested together before, you are the first to test it for compatibility with no guarantees.

XMP profiles are for a single kit.

Workarounds to get extra memory to work include:
Lower memory clock speed
Relax DRAM timings
Increase DRAM voltage

as I wrote, the whole configuration worked perfectly almost 24/7,
all components were selected and assembled by myself
Eight years ago I had the same problem, but I do not remember these settings, so I am asking for specific settings
