Question Several keys only work when others are pressed

before we start :I've been trying all the different methods found in the internet and i cant seem to even find the source of the issue. i've tried messing with the drivers, troubleshooters, task scheduler; even caveman shaking. this issue started around last week without any reasons that i can think of (damage / software updates)

Here's the basic gist of my problem.
Whenever i boot up a game, it randomly stops me from using the ESC F1 F2 and Number 2 key, but when i press any another key before it the input is received and the key is registered and being pressed / held down. the key pressed doesnt matter, it can be close or far from the affected buttons, and even pressing any 2 of the affected keys would activate the 2nd key input. The time before this issue varies between games. for instance loading a minecraft world would bug the keys in less than a minute while games like warframe / valorant could take hours before triggering. The issue persists even after i close the game (both when pressing exit and alt+f4ing) and only stops after a few minutes.

More troubleshooting and notes:

• This issue never happens in any other program, i can watch youtube all day long without this issue occuring onces
• I've tested it during high disk usage (copying stuff), high ram usage (opening 100s of chrome tabs), high cpu and gpu usage (rendering in blender), high and low fan speeds (why not) and none of them triggered this issue
• safe mode and bios has no issues with the aforementioned keys
• Reinstalled nvidia and intel drivers doesnt solve the issue
• Lighting on the keyboard works fine, even the rgb pattern on the keys moves with the patterns
• Single inputs from an external logitech mouse works fine, but doesnt trigger the bugged key
• Sometimes the issue goes away on its own even in game
• My keyboard has an extra 5 buttons on top of the F1-F5 keys for volume up, down etc keys, but pressing them before the bugged buttons doesnt activate the bugged keys unlike the others
• the ` and 1,3 F3 and additional button on top of the keyboard layout that surrounds the bad keys works just fine

Just as a note here are the laptop specs:
Unmodified ROG G531GV
RTX 2060 + Intel 630
i7- 9750H
16 GB ram and 512 GB SSD
Razer + logitech software for audio and mouse just in case thats a problem

I'm getting desperate and i hope someone here can help find the issue and fix it. i dont think its a hardware issued because otherwise it works just fine. thanks in advance!

Games i've tested when i got the problem: Minecraft (java), Rainbow 6 siege, valorant, warframe, brawlhalla. i havent played any games where i didnt get this problem
