Several monitors with different resolutions?

I'm about to get two monitors with 1920x1200 resolution, and a TV with 1920x1080 resolution.

If I hook the three of them to my computer, will they run their own resolutions (three screens)?
If I choose to run the two monitors first, and then run "mirror mode" on the TV, would it work or screw up the resolution (which I have a feeling it will)?

To get optimal results monitors must be set to their native resolution. If not, there will be black areas around the edges and/or distortion.

At the native resolution, if the type is too small, adjust the dpi to make it bigger.
