Hello,
2 days ago I received my prebuilt PC from Dubaro which contains :

ENDORFY Arx 700 ARGB
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (8x 4.2GHz / 5.00GHz Turbo)
Endorfy Navis F240
MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI
DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6000MHz G.Skill Flare X5
1TB WD BLACK SN770 M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4 NVME (L 5150MB/s ; S 4900MB/s)
24GB XFX RADEON RX 7900XTX
850W Corsair RM850e 80+Gold ATX 3.0 - PCIE

It has been quite a mess since then. First of all, after installing the graphics card, updating bios and installing windows, the disk where windows was installed didnt appear in the list of M2 disks. It then worked when I unplugged everything at the back of the motherboard (somehow). And worked fine afterwards.

Then, when I tried to switch from 144hz to 60hz on my monitor, it started making a weird noise... that scared me and I went to bed.
And today, when I tried to turn the computer on, it wouldnt display anything. I then tried plugging the RAM out and back in, and it didnt work.
Then I noticed the motherboard had the red light on for the CPU and the orange one on for the DRAM on the "EZ DEBUG LEDs". So I tried unscrewing the watercooling a bit (the part that is on top of the CPU) to see the CPU, but I didn't wanna mess up the cable management so I screwed it back in, but not as tight.

The computer was then somehow working, so I thought I would tighten the watercooling block a bit more to make sure it was fixed well. But got the CPU problem again.
I tried unscrewing a little bit and it worked again, but I got this weird noise when starting the pc (see this video :
). I'm not sure where it comes from, but now i'm too scared to turn the pc on again.

I first thought the sound was the CPU crackling which scared me a lot, but the spinning sound at the end makes me think it's some kind of cable hitting on a fan. I'm unsure tho, so that's the whole reason of this post : I don't wanna destroy my brand new pc :x

So my questions are : is it normal that unscrewing the watercooling a bit solved the CPU problem even tho it worked well the day before ? And also, where is that noise coming from ?

Thanks in advance for your help,
Nox

TLDR : CPU light red on the mobo "ez debug leds", unscrewed the watercooling a bit which solved the issue even though the computer was working the day before. Weird noise after this however, see video. Is it normal that unscrewing solved the problem ? Where is the noise coming from ?

You stated that this system is a prebuilt, in all honesty you should take it back to the person/shop who built it for you and then parse the video that you've included as evidence. They should be able to troubleshoot the system.

Your system should be working out of the box, not have you troubleshoot it.

As for your question about the source of the noise, roll a sheet of A4 paper and hold one end to your ear while the other end uis used to inspect the source of the sound.

Did you clear the CMOS after you'd verified that the BIOS was successfully updated to the latest?

Hello there, thanks for your answer !

I've been thinking about contacting them because this is driving me crazy right now, but I wanted to avoid that if I can make it work myself...

As for your question about the source of the noise, roll a sheet of A4 paper and hold one end to your ear while the other end uis used to inspect the source of the sound.

About rolling the A4 paper, I can try it, but do you think it's safe turning the computer on after hearing this ?

Did you clear the CMOS after you'd verified that the BIOS was successfully updated to the latest?
And no, I didn't clear the CMOS as I didn't know that was needed, could that be causing issues ?
