My Dell XPS 8640 desktop is 9 months old. Home use. Windows 11. This problem started about a month ago. No HW additions ever and no software added in about 9 months. The way my ISP determined it's not them is by having me try to access these sites with my phone using mobile data...I could. Then using my wifi...I could. So it's not them since my phone can access the sites using the same wifi. 99% of all websites I access are fine but some give me this error message. Well I can't seem to paste a saved image. The error message for all the sites I can't access are similar to this one:

THIS SITE CAN'T BE REACHED
The webpage at https//www.patmcgrath.com/pages/bridgerton might be temporarily down or it may have permanently moved.

My router is a Ubiquity/Amplifi and firmware is up to date. ISP did some troubleshooting by having me do a hard reset of the router as well as rebooting something on their end. What would I look for on my computer? I'm using Chrome. Changing browsers to MS Edge has the same results. Thank you

You can test if you can lookup a URL by opening a cmd.exe window and using the nslookup.exe command.
So to use your default DNS server you would enter
nslookup.exe www.patmcgrath.com and get 23.227.38.32 as the IP address.
To test other DNS servers you add them to the end of the nslookup.exe command. Ex nslookup.exe www.patmcgrath.com 1.1.1.1
