Sevrer/ Computer Monitoring and Alerting Software?

I'm setting up an old SFF workstation as a home NAS/ HTPC, which won't be used very often, and I'm using a 500GB HGST HDD (RAID 0) to start off with (I don't need much storage yet, but may get an additional 500GB HDD for RAID 1). The HDD is a bit old, so I want to monitor it in case it starts failing. My question is, is there a computer monitoring software that monitors

• 
  disks for errors
  the storage space
  cpu/ memory usage (optional)
  and temps of components (optional)
  whether the system is online or offline

Basically, is there a free alternative to teamviewer's iTBrain monitoring software?

could look at spiceworks i think it can do loads of stuff
