[SOLVED] SFC and DISM is corrupted, windows updates cannot be installed

hello guys, I used the clean junk feature of Avira free antivirus and after doing so, I can no longer install Windows updates because of (0x800703f1) error . I tried using SFC /SCANNOW and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image / Restorehealth . SFC shows 'Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation' and DISM shows
Error: 1009 The configuration registry database is corrupt. So how can I repair windows without clean installing windows? I don't wanna do that bcz I might lose the genuine windows 10 home oem that came with my laptop.
PC(Laptop) Spec:
Lenovo Legion5 15ARH05H
Ryzen 7 4800H
512gb ssd
16gb ram

A clean install (full wipe) on that same laptop will NOT affect the Windows license it came with.

Full wipe and reinstall.
When it goes online, it will reactivate itself.

Or, you could spend weeks trying to "fix" this.
