Question Sfc scannow errors

When running sfc scannow it returns errors that can not be fixed. Various dll files, one was wvmencode another one something about windows device card phone. I was able to delete manually in safe mode first one. Haven't tried the second one yet. Is this indication of win corruption or just some files ? Just recently happened. A week ago everything was fine.

sfc will repair files from local backups
u may want to check your system with dism

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

once all 3 commands completed, reboot PC and try SFC /scannow if its ok

it should show the address of where the cbs.log is, can you upload it to a file sharing website and show a link here?
Did you get any errors running dism?

which version of win 10?
right click start
choose run...
type winver
and press enter
current version is 20H2

No errors during dism
Version is 20H2
And now it fixed itself somehow. Odd.
