[SOLVED] Shadow of the Tomb raider doesnt load with DX12

So when I launch the game it starts loading in normally with all the logos and stuff and then as soon as it goes to the menu it shows me this error:

(I do not even get to see the menu I just hear its sound and the screen is still black for a split second before the game turns off and this error appears) This only happens when I try to launch the game in DX 12 mode, however when I launch the game in DX11 and walk around my fps drops down to as low as 30 with a 1080ti. Those are my in-game settings:

This is the only game where I have that kind of issue.

Might be drivers error . Try downloading driver booster to update all drivers + gaming drivers !!!

I have used driver booster to update drivers but it didnt help, I have a 1700x at 3.9 GHz. Also I have completed the game and played it smoothly with a vega 64 and a 1070Ti prior to this with the same cpu. i was thinking about reinstalling but im not sure if its a good idea.

Quick Update, I have fixed this issue by changing to beta build_241
