ShadowPlay and Fraps

Hey, im really confused about this so help me out here. I recorded a 5 minute video 60 fps using fraps it was 15 gb. I uploaded it to youtube, it looked ok.Then i recorded a 3 minute video 60 fps high quality using ShadowPlay, and that was 1,5gb. I uploaded that on youtube and it looked horrible, 360p and not even 60 fps. Any idea why ?

are you sure youtube isn't rendering it to higher resolutions at this moment? if you dont render it yourself, youtube does it for you, but it takes quite a While.

Nope i didn't render it myself just recorded and uploaded
