Shadowplay broadcast low fps

Im broadcasting my gameplay to youtube at 60fps but for some reason it is very laggy and feels like 15fps. My ingame fps is around 150.

Make sure your Frame rate and Bit Rate are set up as high as possible.

What is your internet speed? (http://www.speedtest.net/)

Slow internet speeds will impact your fps.
