Hi, I currently have an RX 5600 XT, 16 GB of RAM, and an Intel 9400f.
I want to know if the performance, price, and stock availability of an RTX 3060 TI will worth buying such a GPU. I know the performance gains are quite large, maybe 40 fps which will allow me to play 1440p. Talking about 2K resolutions, is the difference that noticeable between 1080 and 1440p? I used Virtual super-resolution in TW3 and did not see a really big improvement, only some jagged lines being fixed. Maybe I'm just a boomer at 17 years old who cannot get used to the new sweet spot resolution offered by these next-gen budget GPUs. And yes I do know Virtual super-resolution is just a super-sampling technique but at least it should be close to native 2K.

Thanks for the help!!!!

Solution
Radeon RX 5600 XT Desktop Graphics Card
Core Clock: 1530 MHz
Max Resolution: 8K HDR 60Hz

if you're not running at 4k or better the card's most likely not your problem.....
i'd check disk usage and ram timings....
my rx580 ( admittedly i personally OC'd it to 1439mhz at 1.41v w/2000mhz mem clock ) plays gta on ultra and it's almost good enough to be ok... at high setting it's great and at 1080p 144hz 70-90fps..... (bench showed .1% 58fps .01% at 37fps).....
