Shall i upgrade my motherboard to a gaming motherboard

I hv Gigabyte Z170M-D3H currently in my system

i7 6700k processor
Gt 730 gpu (but soon i will upgrade my gpu to gtx 1060 this the reason i m asking this question)
450watts psu ( i dont think 450 is sufficient for 1060 nd i7 so i was thinking to buy 650 or 750 watts psu i think 650 is sufficient....)

So please tell me is it totally worth buying a gaming motherboard if yes thn wht motherboard should i buy cheap nd best my budget is max $200 - $250

Those UD motherboards are generally solid boards with good components (chokes, capacitors, etc.). Your particular mobo also has good features.

Good decision to upgrade the PSU for the 1060. With that CPU and the 1060 you'd be OK for a few years (maybe 2-3) in terms of gaming (at 60Hz and FHD resolution). You don't need to get a gaming motherboard as yours will accommodate the 1060 just fine.

I don't really see the need to upgrade to a gaming motherboard as it is relatively quite a new build.

Gaming is just a marketing gimmick to make you think it's special.
You will see 0 performance increase buying anouther board.
If you have a good quality 450 watt power supply then 450 Watts is enough for what you have listed, if not I would buy a good quality 550 or so watt one to allow for future upgrades.
