Shall i uprage from a GTX960 to a 780ti?

Bascally title says it all.
Ive owned a GTX960 MSI gaming 2 gb and noticed vert poor performance from what i expected.
Shall i upgrade to a 780 ti? Would i notice some big changes?

No. Hold off a few weeks for Nvidia to release GTX 1070. Should wipe the floor with a 780 ti and still not be too expensive.
