Hi guys!
I have a 200Mbit/s PPPoE connection (i have no router just a cable from the wall straight to the PC, and i have to dial in with my username and password).
My question is, how can i share this connection with my girlfriends laptop via ethernet cable?
I have already tried with wifi hotspotting using a USB Wifi stick but this way she had packet loss and lag spikes (the PC has no such issues at all, stable connection, low latency) that's why I'm preferring cable.
My second idea was getting a cheap secondary PCI lan card and bridging the two connections, but after doing some research I realized it wouldn't be as easy as I thought.
I'm pretty clueless at this point, do u guys have any great idea? The keywords are low latency, no packet loss.
