how does the new Sharp LL_191A lcd monitor or Dell 2001FP with 16ms respone time compare to the new Samsung 193P lcd monitor? I have the 193P so I know it's kinda blurry or trailing in game such as Counter Strike. So for those who has the Sharp LL-191A one, could you plz tell me how's the 16ms response time ? Does it do what it say as 16ms? or seems like 20 - 25ms? thx.

Come on man, Post in ONE place. It takes time for people to respond.

Anyway, If your going with a 19" LCD you're going to want one with 16ms response time or better. There was a lot of hype with the Dell 2001fp, It didn't quite live up to all of it, but there was only a minimal amount of ghosting on it, really a first for 19" LCDs. The sharp LL-191a is Brand new, you'll have to wait a while for reviews to start to show on that monitor.

Like I said in another post, I'll be recieving the sharp LL-171a soon, I'll review that as soon as I get it. It should give you a general idea of what the 19" version has to offer.

Ok, I just got the Sharp LL-191A and it's good for gaming. There was no ghosting, trailing, or blurrying during games. I wonder how's the 2001FP from Dell compare to this one.

Thre's no ghosting or trailing in 2d either. I tested marvel vs street fighters emulated game and it ran perfectly. Do you have the Dell 2001FP ? i want to see if that's better than this. I know the Dell has 24bit true color and someone said this sharp has 18bit . so i dnt know

No, at work we have the 2000fp, which is 25ms. Although the picture on the 2000fp is kind of blurry, the ghosting was tolerable enough for my needs that I thought a 25ms 1901fp would be ok. However, the 1901fp is only "25ms" if you wink and give an elbow jab as you say it. It was horrible really. I returned it.

According to some stats I found (sharp's website? i forget) the 191a is indeed 18 bit.

I would hope so . . . but then again I don't trust published stats farther than I can throw them. It wouldn't be the first time a company came out with an "improved" model that was actually worse than the old one.
