Your build is pretty good. But i would recommend a few changes to increase the life of the rig. A i7 will give the pc more years as 4 threads are already falling short in certain games and apps.
The Cryorig H7 is called the Evo killer due to its sheer performance at a few dollars extra.
If you are over budget, i would recommend switching to a regular SSD as a NVME doesnt give you any advantage while gaming.
