Shortcut Icons on D:\ Not showing correctly

I don't know why, but It's really annoying me. Here are some pictures. I've already reset my Icon Cache but still isn't changing.

If you go into the properties for the shortcuts does it allow you to change the icon? You should be able to browse to the file location and choose an icon for the shortcut.
