Okay , so my Gpu got shorted a few days ago , gave it to a repair center they said that they can try to repair it, so my question is : Is it worth it repairing the GPU? Will it work properly like it was working or should I move on and buy a new one?
Thanks,

Sorry my english is bad

Solution
Shorting means something burned out. GPUs are generally not repairable - replace it. Get a newer generation GPU if your PSU will handle the power requirement.

It shorted because of a PSU fault , so I'm planning to get a new GPU and PSU
But they said if I don't want to repair it they can buy it from me , that was kinda suspicios ..

Yes suspicious! If you are handy with repair stuff, try and do it yourself, Worth trying!

Can't return for because I bought it in another country.
I'm buyin a new GPU GTX 1050Ti and a new PSU Evga 430W
Well...RIP my RX460

Yes, that will work - here are the specs and power requirements - https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/products/10series/geforce-gtx-1050/

http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=100-W1-0430-KR - 34 Amps on the 12V rail. Fine.

Is the the 1050Ti worth it (palit version) ?

Well ,PC won't start while GPU is connected ..
Now I learned my lesson : Never use crap PSU's...
