Should I build, upgrade, or save?

Hi, I have bought (about five months ago) a Digital Storm gaming PC, a Vanquish 4 (mark III). I know, I know it was a TERRIBLE idea, but I wanted something with a warranty, so I bought it. Anyway, I wanted to know whether I should: A.) Build a new PC, just so I could learn how to do it. B.) Upgrade my existing PC, with more ram/another GPU, or C.) Save my money for a later date.

CPU: Core i5 6600k
GPU: Asus 970 Turbo
Ram: A-Data 8gb

Looks fine. Add a boot SSD if you don't have one already.
