Just saw someone selling the gtx 1060 for $130, so I was wondering should I buy it now or wait till the prices drop even further? The gpu is the colorful gtx 1060 and it looks like this.

Here in the US, they look like for that card they are 170-200 bucks on ebay. I paid recently 400 for a GTX 1070. But I was able to sell my GTX 970 for 150, so that helped at least.
Not enough context. Are you needing a graphics card right now, do you already have one that is slower?

There are still tons of fake GTX1060 for sale, I suggest posting a picture of the card in question here, doesn't have to be a link to the one you want to buy, just one that looks like it.

Well at max setting fornite can be demanding, even at 1080p, I don't think you will get 60 FPS with a GTX 1060 3GB. Whats the rest of your system? CPU, RAM, PSU (please input brand and model) ?
My cpu is core i3 6100
Ram 16gb
Psu: actec atom V550

My last gpu is the gtx 780 3gb , and it runs fortnite at 60 fps in high settings tho, not epic settings. So I thought matbe I should buy a gtx 1060 to get the epic settings.

The GTX 780 was a top of the line card long ago, and the i3 6100 was a good pairing for it.
Now the same i3 6100 may (almost sure it will) limit the GTX 1060 performance, but then again they should be enough for 60FPS high settings fornite playing.

VRAM wise, 3GB is not great for today's standards, but for fornite @ 1080p may work well.

I would aim for the 6GB model if you can find one at a decent price.

This is my humble opinion, things may change with fornite future updates/patches. So take it with a grain of salt.
