Should I buy a new case?

Hey,

Antec Sonata III is my current case. I am buying the following items for an OC'd gaming rig:

6970s x 2
Z68 board
850W PSU Will this fit okay?
i5 2500k

Do I need, or should I buy a new case? I plan to OC the CPU and graphics cards. I had planned on buying a Silverstone RV-02 BW but if I do need to spend the ~$150 then I will save it.

The sonata lll is a great quiet case but it doesnt have to cooling to handle that much heat
