I have a TUF GAMING B550M-E WIFI and on last Saturday it refused to boot. It didn't even beep until I removed all memory sticks. I assumed it was either the PSU or the mobo that was busted, on the previous days my hard drives would disconnect intermittently, however on Sunday. I have managed to get the computer to boot, all 4 hard drives, an nvidia GPU and using the same PSU and my old gigabyte mother board (since it's slot is am3 I couldn't test it with the same CPU).
Anyways after getting the computer to boot with mostly the same setup I've become more confident that the culprit is indeed the mobo however I'm not certain that the problem could be the CPU (a ryzen 5 5600G) or the PSU (maybe this current setup doesn't use as much power as the previous one?). So I figured I should as to you guys since you have more experience with hardware than I do. So, should I commit to a new motherboard?
