These are my PC stats and I want to know if I should buy a new computer. I play games a lot and most of the time my computer doesn't meet the game requirements and for me to smoothly play a game I have to lower the video settings down to very low etc. The only problem is that I don't want to spend a lot of money onto buying a new computer but if i get a new one I'd like it to be able to run a lot of games smoothly at medium+ settings and also it doesn't lag when I browse. It's also 4 years old.

This will play everything well at 1080p/60Hz. Otherwise you can drop to the 960 to get closer to $700.

I actually can't, my budget is only 700-(euros) plus I know nothing about PC building.
